• Medical Degree or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration,
• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in individual claims, healthcare claims management and provider relations, claims investigation
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Experienced with claims software and data analysis tools
• Presentation skill to senior management or Regional Office or corporates
