Growth Marketing Manager
We are seeking a results-driven Growth Marketing professional with strong expertise in B2B demand generation, performance marketing, and GTM execution.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience running high-ROI digital campaigns and a proven track record of contributing to end-toend GTM strategy across new products, features, or market launches.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute B2B demand generation strategies across digital channels.
• Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Meta, programmatic) focused on quality lead acquisition and pipeline growth.
• Contribute to GTM plans including market segmentation, ICP definition, messaging, channel selection, and launch execution. • Work closely with sales to create account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives that drive conversions.
• Build and optimize marketing funnels to improve lead quality, CAC efficiency, and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B tests, measure performance, and report actionable insights.
• Partner with product, sales, and leadership to align growth levers with business goals.
What We’re Looking For:
• 4+ years of experience in Growth Marketing / Performance Marketing in B2B or SaaS environments.
• Cross functional exposure, work on growth marketing strategies along with product, content, and creative team.
• Proven track record of running and scaling paid campaigns.
• Experience contributing to GTM strategiesfor product/feature launches or market expansion.
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in marketing analytics tools.
• Understanding of CRM, automation tools, and lead lifecycle management.
• Exposure to early-stage or high-growth environments
