Mission

We are building the best in class CLOB Perp DEX on Monad.

Make history developing the world's first truly decentralized fully on-chain perpetuals exchange, built around a high-performance Central Limit Order Book! Others have tried or claim to have done this, but they implemented on application chains or use techniques that skirt the bounds of decentralization theater.

We're building on Monad, a performant block chain designed from the outset for high-performance decentralized finance applications. Our team has a legacy of interesting Dapp and DeFi firsts; highlights include:

• World's first decentralized mobile messenger, featuring group chats and Publishing Dapp integrations
• Anonymized push notification system allowing protocols to communicate with address holders anonymously
• Deployed an ultra gas-efficient Time-Weighted Automated Market Maker protocol on Ethereum L1

We’re funded by Tier-1 VCs, angels, founders, and leading market makers. We are assembling an A-Team of engineers, business development, and designers to help us launch a best in class perpetuals exchange experience worldwide.

Head of GrowthSummary

We’re looking for a Head of Growth who enjoys the process of building ecosystems from scratch. You will be a key figure at our company, making history contributing to the growth of the first fully decentralized perpetuals exchange!

You will report directly to the CEO and implement the business strategies to attract the differing personas interested in trading on our protocol. Additionally, you will be the point person for customer feedback and play a critical role in shaping our user experience.

Responsibilities

• Work with some of the best projects in the space to integrate high-impact partnerships focusing on increasing trade flow/liquidity
• Compose in-depth customer feedback with product, tech, and marketing to inform the product roadmap and improve user experience
• Build strong relationships within the community, amplifying our presence at events, conferences, and meetings
• Conduct market research to understand where the market and competitors are heading using on-chain data and sentiment analysis
• Be hands-on and manage projects from start to finish, create content material to attract audiences, negotiate deals with potential partners

Qualifications

• You have a profound experience and understanding of the blockchain industry, and DeFi in particular.
• Strong leadership skills and hands-on.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful business development strategies that resulted in significant market growth.
• A technical background/qualifications.
• You have strong analytical skills and prioritization.
• You are extroverted and enjoy networking.
• You have excellent pitching and written communication skills, including facilitating presentations.
• Comfort in making decisions independently and in delegating work to the team.
• Self-motivation and results-oriented approach to work.
• You have an excellent command of English.

Bonus Points

• Past experience working in trading, DEX, or centralized exchanges
• Knowledge of EVM, DEXs, Perpetuals, and other novel DeFi primitives
• Deep network with whales, traders, HNWI, MM, exchanges, protocols, etc.
