Responsibilities:
- Enhance the image of Klüber Lubrication in the market as a specialist and market leader for specialized products and innovation leadership.
- Motivate, develop and manage teams to achieve targets and the overall objectives of the organization.
- To understand the requirement of the organization in terms of Marketing and conceptualize, plan, develop, budget and execute the marketing activities, coordinating with the internal stakeholders within an agreed time plan.
- Develop the brand equity of all the brands owned by the organization.
- Institutionalize the culture of product Innovation within all levels of the company.
- Give strategic direction to sales and management team on key products to focus and achieve required sales and margin targets.
- Manage Product portfolio and improve product financial performance by managing Product Life Cycle
- Use data-driven product strategies to identify trends/patterns and opportunities for innovation.
- Liaise between of Klüber Lubrication entities in Asia Pacific and Klüber Lubrication Munich on product management and marketing topics, to ensure implementation.
- Continuously improve and optimize the product management and marketing systems and processes with the Asia Pacific region.
- Ensure consistency in all communication material (internal and external, online and offline).
- Ensure monthly tracking of spends vs. return on sales with executive summary on insights and feedback
- Create content for media and press addressing customers and distributors.
- Develop and manage Product portfolio strategies in alignment with relevant local and international stakeholders
- Gain Market intelligence and provide support to develop strategies and product recommendations to both international and national OEMs.
- Measure customer satisfaction periodically based on global guidelines.
- Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams, e.g. outside sales, sales support team, R&D, laboratory team, Production etc.
- Guide the team on new lead generation sources (conventional as well digital sources of lead generation)
- Provide Business Intelligence to regional sales based on CRM data and Market insights
- Use of technology for better communication with Channel Partners
Qualifications:
- BE/B.Tech (Mechanical or Chemical) graduate & MBA (Marketing) post graduate with 12- 15 years of experience.
- People management capability
- Experience in handling high performing teams.
- Knowledge and expertise in B2B Marketing and Product, Market research and competitive intelligence
- Experience in digital and physical marketing.
- Highly organized and autonomous, but also collaborative and able to work cross-functionally
- Ability to make decisions in changing environment, anticipate future needs and drive results.
- Self-starter who strives to improve the status quo and drives projects to completion.
- Ability to see the ‘big picture’ by taking considerations from multiple stakeholders into consideration and think entrepreneurial.
- Very high degree of self-initiative.
- Strong networker who values collaboration and brings people together to find optimal solutions.
- Willingness to challenge and influence others and hold project members accountable.
- Strong process orientation, analytical and structured thinking.
- Strong MS Office skills in Word, Excel, Power Point, and willingness to learn new technologies.
- Advanced skills in data analysis and visualization. Strong presentation and technical writing skills
- Willing to travel up to 15% -20% of time domestically and internationally.
- Must be able to balance multiple and changing priorities while maintaining excellent organizational skills.
