About You
- Experience: Minimum of 6 years in product design roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and inspire design teams, with a track record of building successful design departments.
- Hands-on Designer: Comfortable with rolling up your sleeves to contribute directly to design projects.
