Head of T4T Automation

Basic Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Enterprise Technology Operations & automation
• IT automation leadership experience with ability to drive Cross functional automation, ability to break silo way of working, leadership by influence.
• Work with technology leaders and MSPs to drive automation roadmap & execution
• Strong 3rd party vendor management especially Managed Service Providers
• Excellent senior stakeholder management
• Excellent cross-functional automation planning and execution.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to describe complex & abstract technical concepts up to board level.​
• Automation is a cross functional expertise that cuts across multiple layers of Apps and Infra.

Job Purpose

• This role is to support the planning, Designing, re-organizing and eventual setup of the target state Digital &Tech Automation organization for Tech4Tech including leading GenAI initiatives within CTO function. Working closely with GenAI team in D&T to scale the use cases across CTO organization.
• As a Head of Tech4Tech Automation, you will lead key operational cross functional automation framework (across Application, Infrastructure and end user)to ensure the benefits are realized for both within Haleon as well as our partners.
• To build automation architecture framework, run automation COE, prepare automation benefit realization and track execution of automation.

Minimum Level of Education Required

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mathematics, other relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience.​

TOGAF, ITIL, ITSM
