What you'll be doing:
You will be part of WEKA’s global IT Support team and participate in global IT support.
You will work in USA East Coast hours and provide remote IT support to WEKA’s employees in the Americas.
You will be supporting cloud services, network and endpoint security solutions, in a full SaaS, modern IT infrastructure utilizing the latest technologies.
You will participate in administration of a global company SSO and SaaS:
- Okta, Google Workspace, and Microsoft 365
- Cloud (AWS, OCI, GCP, Azure)
- Endpoint administration of Mac, Windows and Linux using Jamf and JumpCloud
- Meraki switches and wifi
- Zoom Enterprise and Zoom Rooms
- Atlassian Jira, Jira Service Desk, and Confluence
- Cato Networks
- Procurement administration:
- Reviewing contracts with 3rd party vendors
- Create RFPs and find vendors
- Office buildup administration
Must have Requirements:
- Experience as a sysadmin, IT support or similar position in a Hi-tech company
- Skilled OS administrator on both Mac and Windows
- Proven knowledge of network fundamentals: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN
- Experience with user administration on Okta, Azure, or Google Workspace
- Proven experience with writing clear and comprehensive how-to guides and KB articles
- Self managed, quick learner, and masters new technological fields without outside help
- Service-oriented personality, ability to work and prioritize under pressure
- Fluent English - both written and verbal, experience working with global teams
