About The Role

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business leaders to align HR strategies with overall business objectives.
- Drive the successful execution of key HR programs, including performance management, talent development, compensation reviews, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Understand the nuances of working in a startup environment.Provide guidance and coaching to managers on leadership development, employee relations, and performance management.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, addressing their professional and personal concerns that may impact their work and well-being.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., legal, finance, IT) to achieve business objectives.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees in their respective organizations, building strong relationships and acting as an advocate for their needs.
- Bonus if you have worked for a startup and have done the 0 to 1 journey.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in Human Resources.
- Demonstrated experience in management/leadership development, performance management, employee relations, and compensation & benefits.
- Ability to understand and translate business objectives into effective HR solutions.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to analyze data, draw insights, and inform HR decisions.
- Proven ability to navigate change effectively, overcome resistance, and drive successful implementation of new initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to think strategically, anticipate future needs, and develop proactive HR solutions.
- Experience with HR technology platforms (e.g., Rippling, Deel).
- Ability to work 5 days a week in our Bengaluru office with a fully in-person team.
