We are seeking a high-performing HR & Business Operations Lead to drive key HR and business operations functions at our growing company, including talent acquisition, team building, compensation, benefits, training, and performance management and rewards. This role is essential to building and supporting the diverse, exceptional teams that drive our success.
You must be self-directed and able to work flexible hours as business needs require in a fast-changing environment. The role requires leading recruitment, developing new procedures and processes, and applying strong writing and leadership skills to create hiring plans that attract, develop, and advance high-performing professionals.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
TALENT ACQUISTION (PRIMARY FOCUS)
- Lead full-Cycle Recruitment. Drive the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Develop Hiring Plans, including position alignment, sourcing, and criteria selection/dev/eval.
- Strategic Sourcing. Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify, engage, and attract top IT professionals in competitive markets.
- Candidate Assessment. Collaborate with the Team Leaders and Position Sponsors to define selection criteria, refine assessment methods and evaluate candidate potential cultural fit.
- Outreach and Compliance. Lead efforts to target under-represented communities, manage recruitment advertising, and ensure all hiring practices comply with EEO/AA guidelines.
- Systems Management. Manage and optimize the use of applicant tracking (ATS-Greenhouse) for efficiency and data integrity.
HUMAN RESOURCES & BUSINESS OPERATIONS
- Business and HR Operations. Support the establishment and ongoing administration of ProPower Solutions India’s operations while coordinating core HR functions, including policies, procedures, and program development.
- Organization Design. Review and support the development of organizational designs, including refining job description and defining clear roles, policies, and procedures.
- Regulatory Compliance. Collaborate on developing and maintaining programs that comply with applicable employment laws and regulations.
- Vendor Management. Support the development of vendor management processes, specifically for third-party personnel and contractors.
- Financial Support: Assist the analytical project for HR concerns, such as benefit cost review and compensation modeling.
REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, & ABILITIES

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- At least (6) years of progressively responsible experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or related business operations.
- Experience working with and implementing applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Pay range and compensation package
Compensation will be market-competitive and based on qualifications, experience, skills, technical competencies, and other relevant factors. Straight-time overtime may occasionally be available with prior approval.
Location & Work Environment
This is a full-time, India-based position aligned with U.S. Eastern Time working hours, with occasional flexibility.
