Minimum Qualifications (Education, Experience, and Skills):

Ability to work 40 hours per week during agreed upon Internship period.

Must have transportation to and from Muncie, IN facility. (Not a remote position)

Working on associate or bachelor's degree or have been accepted into and planning on attending a post-secondary education facility for HR, Administration, Management, Business/Marketing, or similar programs.
Position Duties and Responsibilities:
-
Assigned project for completion during duration of Internship.
-
Admin duties, data entry, clerical support
-
Day to day department project activity
-
Assist with associate activities
-
Assist with recruiting, new hire process including orientation and onboarding
-
Other duties as assigned

Essential to the Job Functions:

Ability to work for extended periods of time while sitting

Standing, walking, and bending for the duration of the workday

Ability to lift and/or move up to twenty-five pounds

Visual ability to work accurately with detailed information and a computer screen
