Position Overview:
As an HR Manager at Logik.io, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle while supporting various HR initiatives. Initially, your focus will be on recruiting for our growing Engineering team, managing up to 10 open positions at a time. Over time, you will also take on broader HR responsibilities, helping to shape our people operations. As the company grows, this role will eventually include managing a recruiter.
Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from requisition to onboarding.
- Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent, particularly for our Engineering team.
- Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and team members.
- Maintain and update candidate data in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System).
- Provide timely feedback to candidates, hiring managers, and external recruiters to ensure a smooth hiring process.
- Create an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through offer extension and onboarding.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics, identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions.
HR Operations & People Initiatives:
- Support onboarding activities, including collecting new hire paperwork, hosting New Hire Orientation, and facilitating internal system access.
- Manage employee records and oversee benefits administration for the Bangalore team.
- Develop and enforce HR policies that comply with local labor laws and regulations.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance HR operational efficiency.
- Stay informed on industry best practices and trends to ensure Logik.io remains a competitive employer.
Employee Relations & Culture Building:
- Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Advise managers on HR-related matters, offering insights and solutions for team and employee challenges.
- Support and celebrate key employee moments such as promotions, anniversaries, and personal milestones.
- Assist with employee engagement activities, including eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score) analysis and post-survey action planning.
- Facilitate performance management activities, such as reviews and check-ins.
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience HR and recruiting (full cycle), preferably in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience successfully managing high volume recruiting/onboarding
- Proficiency in HRIS, ATS and other HR-related technologies (ex. Lever, Rippling, Lattice) including familiarity of using AI tools to attract and retain talent
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to use metrics to make informed decisions.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, thriving in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Effective communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships across teams.
- Self-motivated and proactive attitude, demonstrating a willingness to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Previous people manager experience preferred
- Must be willing and able to work evening hours to accommodate meetings and collaboration with US-based teams.
