About the role:
- Experience: 2–3 Years
- Location: Bengaluru
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and HR records.
- Coordinate monthly payroll by validating payroll inputs and working closely with payroll vendors.
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and documentation.
- Manage vendor relationships, invoices, renewals, and service coordination.
- Oversee office administration, including facilities, travel, assets, office supplies, and employee support.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, company events, and HR process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, Administration, or Generalist HR.
- Good understanding of payroll processes and HR operations.
- Experience with HRMS tools and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
