We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical HR Operations Executive to manage and strengthen our HR operations through effective data handling, reporting, and process optimization. This role requires strong presentation skills, the ability to create insightful dashboards, and hands-on experience with AI tools to improve efficiency and decision-making.

• Manage and maintain accurate HR data related to employees, payroll, attendance, performance, and compliance
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc HR reports and dashboards for leadership and management review
• Design professional presentations and reports using PowerPoint for internal and external stakeholders
• Analyze HR metrics and trends to support strategic decision-making
• Utilize AI tools for automation, data analysis, reporting, and process improvement
• Ensure smooth execution of HR operational processes and documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for HR-related services
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws, and internal guidelines
• Support audits and management reviews with accurate documentation.
  

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in HR operations, reporting, or HR analytics (preferred)
• Strong data handling, analytical, and reporting skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Proven ability to create dashboards and management reports
• Hands-on experience with AI tools for HR analytics, automation, or reporting.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

• Experience with HRMS/HRIS platforms.
• Knowledge of statutory compliance and payroll processes.
• Exposure to BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Experience in process improvement and automation initiatives.
