You will be working as HR Operation Specialist - Compensation & Benefits and will be reporting to Team Leader HROS  and will be a part of Bangalore, India. In this role you will be primarily responsible for ensuring a high degree of customer experience by committing to a complete, accurate and timely completion of HR transactions. He/she supports the glob- ally set standards for HR Operations and ensures that the local legal and regulatory requirements are adhered to the re- spective business processes in a HR Operations Hub

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end compensation and benefits administration, including support for annual compensation reviews, incentive cycles, and sales incentive processes.
  • Ensure accurate maintenance and integrity of compensation data across local and global HR systems, including calculation and administration of production worker and sales incentives.
  • Deliver high-quality service to internal stakeholders by ensuring timely, accurate processing and communication of compensation-related information.
  • Execute Compensation & Benefits services in alignment with defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and organizational standards.
  • Prepare and provide required documentation and data for audits and external regulatory authorities, ensuring compliance with applicable policies and regulations.
  • Maintain and update compensation data in relevant systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness at all times.
  • Address employee queries efficiently through HR case management tools (e.g., ServiceNow), ensuring a positive employee experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support process optimization projects within the Compensation & Benefits function.
 

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits and incentive planning within an HR Shared Services environment, preferably in a global organization.
  • Hands-on experience with Workday HR systems.
  • Strong understanding of Workday Core Compensation; knowledge of Advanced Compensation modules is an added advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders across all levels.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, and the use of advanced functions such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas, and data validation
