About the Team

Our People Services Excellence team is a critical team supporting People Services to achieve its strategic objectives of exceptional service through effective and efficient processes.
It is a multi-discipline team with capabilities covering Process and Service Excellence, Data analytics, reporting and project execution.
The People Services Excellence team will work collaboratively with the Regional and Global capability centers bringing proven methodologies, frameworks and expert capabilities in problem solving, process reengineering, data and systems. They, along with the People Services Leadership Team, will instill a culture of continuous improvement and a Service Excellence mindset.
This team will work globally ensuring consistency in the approach and ensure solutions meet the needs locally, where required. A critical element to improvements will be the voice of the customer insight that the team will bring in via the process owners and service users.
The project disciplines from the program management team will ensure strategic ambitions are turned into clear deliverables, tracking and managing initiatives through to completion and ensuring expected benefits are realized.

 

 

About the Role

Responsible for overseeing the reporting and analytics function within People Services. It involves creating a robust reporting strategy, overseeing data analysis, Workday reports portfolio management and maintenance, and providing insights to drive decision-making.

 

Key responsibilities

  • Accountable for and takes ownership of the entire portfolio of Workday HR custom reports.
  • Continuous updating and optimization of the Workday HCM reports portfolio.
  • Management of Workday reporting KPIs, with a particular focus on maintaining a high utility rate and user's self-service rate.
  • Build strong relationship with key HR/ Tech stakeholders and provide communication.
  • Act as data privacy custodian.
  • Manage all HR reporting team tasks and activities.
  • Escalation points for all HR reporting activities.
  • Support in creation and execution of a comprehensive People Services reporting strategy aligned with Haleon’s goals and objectives.
  • Lead a team and provide mentorship, guidance and developmental opportunities.
  • Oversee the analysis of extensive data sets to highlight trends, correlations, and valuable insights.
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders across departments to understand their reporting and analytical needs.
  • Act as a liaison between HR stakeholders and reporting and analytics team to translate their requirements into actionable analytical solutions.
  • Deliver precise and timely analytics and reports to support strategic choices.
  • Identify and advocate enhancements to reporting methodologies and systems to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
  • Adhere to data governance principles and policies to maintain data integrity and security.

Qualifications and skills

 

Technical

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in implementing changes in a Workday or other Object-oriented environment.
  • Experience in data analytics.
  • Preferred relevant HR/ Tech educational background.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance principles, data quality standards and best practices.

Behavioral

  • Preferred experience as first line manager.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
