What success looks like in this role:
- Design and deliver global leadership development programs, including executive coaching, mentoring, and training initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to identify leadership competencies and gaps and develop and manage high-potential talent programs and initiatives to support leadership readiness.
- Establish and maintain a global succession planning process for critical roles across the organization.
- Work with business units to identify key positions and potential successors and ensure succession plans are regularly reviewed and updated in response to changing business needs
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of leadership development and utilize data and analytics to drive decisions related to talent development and succession planning.
- Ensure consistency and integration of all efforts across different regions and business units and adapt programs and strategies to meet local and regional needs while maintaining a global perspective.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth, leveraging innovative approaches and best practices to develop high-potential leaders.
- Collaborate with HR, business leaders, and external partners to drive the execution of leadership development and succession planning initiatives
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices and ensure programs and practices are compliant with relevant regulations and organizational policies.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
•Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex global environments. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of influencing and engaging senior leaders. Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale leadership development projects and programs, including experience with global teams and multi-regional initiatives. Deep understanding of leadership models, talent assessment tools, and development methodologies
