The HR Systems Analyst will manage and support HR systems, particularly Workday. Responsibilities include troubleshooting Workday issues, optimizing processes, developing reports, monitoring integrations, and ensuring compliance with regulations while documenting workflows and maintaining knowledge of updates.
Position Overview:
The HR Systems Analyst is a global role that will work with HR Systems Manager and team to provide functional and technical support to our HR systems (workday).
The ideal candidate is expected to be a self-directed learner, excited about providing enduring solutions to a varied range of problems. Some of your responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Able to work independently and as part of a team to deliver the entire life cycle of a project, which includes requirement gathering, configuring, testing to implementing and maintaining post implementation.
- Must understand the importance of proper documentation and tracking of work.
- Troubleshoot Workday configuration issues, find root cause and resolve timely.
- Determine ways to optimize/improve process workflows, as well as identify where functionality can/cannot/shouldn't meet user requests.
- Ensure Workday benefits and absence configurations comply with regulatory requirements
- Develop, maintain, and analyze Workday reports (Advanced/Matrix/Composite).
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations
- Monitor integrations between Workday, Greenhouse, other internal systems, and third-party systems, identify issues and work with Integrations team to resolve.
- Develop process mapping documentation, user procedures, guidelines, and training documentation.
- Review, test and communicate to stakeholders any impact of Workday semi-annual release.
- Monitor Workday Community and maintain knowledge of Workday functionality and any updates.
- Effectively communicate global impact of changes to affected populations and actively participate in impact assessments.
- Proactively look for new Workday features and opportunities that benefit the business and end-user and actively engaging with the Workday community.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, computer science, information Technology required.
- Minimum of 5 years hands on experience with Workday HCM.
- Have done project of 2 or more Benefit Implementation.
- Experience in Core HCM and Absence Module required.
- Experience in large-scale, preferably global, HR System maintenance and management
- Knowledge of Workday design, structure, functions, and processes.
- Knowledge of translating business requirements into system requirements
- Proven ability to work in a global organization, partnering with HR team members.
- Working knowledge and language of human resources preferred.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly professional with high ethical standards for handling confidential information.
- Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.
