ResponsibilitiesHere's what you'll do during a typical day:
- Maintain food safety records, temperature logs, cleaning schedules, and inspection reports.
- Assist in preparing documentation for audits and regulatory inspections.
- Monitor food handling, storage, and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with established standards.
Promote awareness of hygiene policies, procedures, and best practices across departments.

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Environmental Health, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in hygiene, food safety, quality assurance, or hotel operations.
- Basic knowledge of food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and HACCP principles.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
