The Opportunity:
IAM Operation Manager team is a crucial part of Simeio. Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, Communicate the requirements and Design directly with Customers, and maintain a positive attitude. You will be responsible for monitoring and supporting daily IAM operations and contributing to long-term strategy and architecture. You will work closely with other team members and manage incident queue for IAM, handling escalations promptly while meeting SLA’s. You will work in an environment that is collaborative, innovative, fun, and build relationships.
The Role:
This position involves implementing IAM policies, managing user roles, and ensuring compliance with security regulations.
Job description:

  • Strong hands-on experience in End to End Project Execution - Kick-Off, Initiation, Execution, Stabilization, Transition, Project Closure.
  • Drive G2G Initiatives to stabilize accounts and deliver value services.

  • Resource Mobilization and Skill Mapping to meet Project requirements & Capability planning.
  • Ensure Smooth transition and foreseeing risks with appropriate mitigation plans
    Responsible for generating revenue by delivering exceptional services which opens the platform for Customer road map planning.
  • Managing changes in project scope with the client and with the project team.
    Maintaining project artefacts (Estimation & GOM, Initiation Reports, Project Plan, Risk log, etc).
  • Reporting Weekly Project Stats & Monthly Quantitative Project Management Metrics reports to Stake Holders.
  • Steer the project in line with Organizational goals w.r.t Audits.
  • Responsible for SLA, C-Sat and Productivity Matrix.
  • Analyzing metrics and status reports to uncover trends & deviations and working with project team members to develop corrective action plans. 
  • Prepare, maintain and submit clear & concise activity/progress reports and time recording/management reports in accordance with published procedures.
  • Communicating to all concerned parties project milestones, status updates, as well as any existing or potential customer escalation issues.
  • Hiring - Screening and project Fitments
  • Capability Planning - Assess people capabilities and plan to upskill and skill gap needs as per Org requirements
  • Resourcing - Assessing Resource Skillset/Utilization
  • Mentoring - Organizing OJT for Project fresher’s and assigning mentors
  • Scheduling - Shift, Leaves and Holidays scheduling for Team Members Managing and execution experience in the full development lifecycle (SDLC)
