Leads requirements workshops, strategy engagements, vendor selection, troubleshooting, project deliverables, and client delivery across onsite and offshore teams. Mentors junior staff, evaluates emerging IAM technologies, contributes to whitepapers, and supports business development, RFPs, sales processes, and recruiting.
Customize, configure and develop IAM solution integrations

- Interact with clients, including working with client teams in an on-site and offshore delivery model
- Advanced debugging and troubleshoot issues including interacting with technology vendors
