consistent relationships with customers and proactively identifies customer needs. Creates scalable processes to gather and analyze customer

(MVP) creation; Product development lifecycles; Product development concepts (for example, "Crossing the Chasm") To develop and own roadmaps
across a complex product. Ensures and drives communication for internal and external stakeholders. Interfaces with and influences partners to
secure resources and alignment. Mentors team members on product roadmap and development. Establishes product roadmap expectations,
performance measures, and goals. Drives alignment of features for a complex product by navigating through organizational/ market constraints.
Manages roll out and scaling (using an MVP approach) of complex products/features. Data Driven Product Decisions: Requires knowledge of: Product and feature analytics; Data analysis tools and techniques; Research for analysis
activities; Documentation procedures (for example, data logs); Modern industry practices and emerging trends. To independently (or with minimal
guidance) conduct activities for product/feature analytics with an understanding of simple trends/insights. Monitors, collects, and structures data and
evaluates result. Supports the identification and application of tools and techniques. Assists in the planning, design, and implementation of
exploratory data analysis.

Our team owns product charter for Intl marketplace needs ( Canada, Mexico, Chile) and applies our technological expertise and strategic thinking to create a product roadmap. The product journey is designed to leverage technological excellence to drive seller satisfaction. Walmart's philosophy of Everyday Low Prices is not an easy one to achieve. Being cost-effective is critical because it allows us to optimize all processes and verticals while striving for excellence. Our team is a big part of making this possible.

This team builds products that connect sellers to buyers shopping on our marketplaces. Our customers have access to hundreds of millions of offers from sellers globally. We are looking for a customer-obsessed Product Leader to build 0-1, 1-100 seller-facing product experience.

What you'll do:

  • Define and lead the vision and strategy for Walmart Intl Marketplace seller tools and platform, provide product thought leadership in identifying critical customer requirements, understand business goals, define product end state, and work with development teams in designing optimal experience
  • Work closely with architects and engineers to design scalable solutions while ensuring a frictionless user experience
  • Work closely with the different business offering teams to understand the requirements, priorities, and drive towards a common goal
  • Develop external & internal market analysis and fitment
  • Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects
  • Ensures business needs are being met
  • Manage & drive partner roadmap relationships
  • Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity
  • Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates
  • Supports product implementation and deployment

What you'll bring:

  • Strong Retail/e-commerce domain knowledge, led and delivered complex product and business initiatives
  • Proven 11+ yrs of experience as a Product Manager and led large business initiatives
  • Ability to organize and prioritize work, establish realistic goals and deadlines and manage changing priorities
  • Ability to achieve goals in an innovative environment and to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analysis products and process drive improvements aligned with strategic goals
  • You are skilled at engaging and communicating with executives across multiple domains, both internal and external.
  • You are organized, disciplined, and can manage multiple projects simultaneously.
