About Team:
Walmart International Tech at Walmart Global Tech, Bengaluru, is focused on improving Walmart customer experience across both physical & digital and make Walmart the most exciting place to shop across all international markets of Walmart.

The focus of this role will be to enable markets like Canada, Mexico and Chile. Globally, with thousands of brick and mortar stores and thousands of other suppliers fulfilling Walmart's online/in-store orders for over 1 billion customers - the challenge and complexity is pronounced! We work within the world’s largest retailer yet maintain a start-up feel working in small agile teams to revolutionize the fulfilment landscape. As a leader in the supply chain group, you are accountable and responsible for number of critical products/platforms that helps serve our customers in the most cost-effective manner in multiple geographies and businesses.
What you'll do:

• You'll be on the CRM team responsible for driving customer lifetime value, loyalty and reducing churn among our Chile, Mexico and Canada customers

• You will be working on scalable platform products that impact growth of global markets.

• You will create innovative products that drive sustainable user growth and revenue

• You would champion the vision with diverse set of stakeholders across businesses and functions to drive influence and alignment.

• You will work with stakeholders across geographies giving you a truly diverse experience. While you would be working for the biggest retailer of the world, the experience would be very much like that of start-up working in small agile teams.

What you'll bring:

• You come with 6+ years of product management experience preferably in marketing/CRM related products

• Experience with working with International business and market stakeholders

• Experience with eCommerce or internet-based products or support services is a plus.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

• Uncompromising commitment to the customer.

• Ability to drive teams toward a shared vision with velocity and possess an indomitable bias toward action in the face of ambiguity.

• Willingness to be bold – be undeterred by organizational obstacles and with a High tolerance for risk / low fear of failure.

• Strong presentation and influencing skills and the ability to interact with executive level business and technical partners.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to champion product solutions throughout the organization.

• Advanced/ master’s degree in engineering or management is preferred.
