The User Generated Content (UGC) team, a key part of the Customer Experience organization, is dedicated to building seamless end-to-end experiences that enable customers to share and consume authentic and valuable feedback about our products and services.

Position Summary
As a Staff Product Manager for UGC, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision and long-term strategic direction of the team. You will be responsible for:
- Defining and evangelizing the product vision and impact internally and externally.
- Creating and driving product roadmaps that align with business priorities.
- Inspiring and leading cross-functional teams to execute key initiatives.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment.

What You Will Do
- Develop and champion product vision & strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
- Lead cross-functional strategic initiatives across multiple teams.
- Collaborate with Design, Analytics, Engineering, and Data Science to implement enhancements.
- Analyze business cases and translate customer and business requirements into actionable product roadmaps and specifications.
- Manage key business stakeholders by conducting strategy sessions and product reviews.
- Run competitive intelligence and data assessments to identify new opportunities.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure progress and optimize systems.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to drive data-driven launch decisions
What You will Bring
- Experience in product management for customer-facing products.
- Proven ability to align with a long-term product vision while managing day-to-day execution.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly data-driven with an analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Experience in shipping and iterating on products based on data insights.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA is a strong plus.
- 5+ years of experience in product management for customer-facing products.
- Retail/e-commerce industry experience is a plus.
- Strong quantitative or technical background preferred.
