Job Description
- FLM for CBx Value Stream
- Value stream planning, BPS , integrated quality management
- Knowledge of shopfloor standards of Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery
- Knowledge of FPY, OEE, CT and systematic problem solving
- Cooperation with cross functional departments
- Handling of FMEA, Control plan, work instruction & standardized work sheet
- Knowledge on MSA, capability studies & Statistical Process Control (SPC)
- Experience of Quality Systems, Shainin,Tools & Techniques
- Knowledge on Quick changeover
- Knowledge of product liability, external standards
- Knowledge on I4.0 , Lean, SAP

Qualifications
B.E. / B.Tech (Industrial Engg/Mechanical)
with 1-3 year experience in process planning or related role

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Automotive or Manufacturing industry (Preferred)
