Role : Senior Specialist - Inside Sales Operations
Experience Required : 3 to 6 years
Location : Bangalore, India
Job Responsibilities:

Support the Inside Sales team by managing tools, systems, and processes that enable efficient sales execution.

Monitor and maintain CRM data integrity (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot), ensuring the accuracy of leads, accounts, opportunities, and pipelines.

Track and report key metrics (e.g., conversion rates, pipeline health, performance dashboards).
-
Coordinate lead distribution and manage inbound lead assignment workflows.
-
Collaborate with Marketing and ISRs to streamline lead qualification and handoff processes.
-
Support onboarding and training of new sales reps on tools, systems, and processes.
-
Work cross-functionally to identify and implement improvements to sales processes and systems.
-
Assist with forecasting, territory planning, quota setting, and tracking.

Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for leadership and stakeholders.
Job Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Inside Sales support roles.

Strong proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot) and Google Sheets, Docs and Presentation

Hands-on experience working on reporting tools like Looker, Power BI and Google Charts.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with sales enablement tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, ZoomInfo).

Familiarity with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

Prior experience supporting an inside sales or SDR team.
