• Maintain records of lost, pending, converted, and future-potential leads

CRM, Reporting & Data Analysis

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date customer and lead information in the CRM/ERP system.

• Record all calls, discussions, follow-ups, and outcomes; ensure no active lead is left without a scheduled follow-up.

• Analyse sales data to identify trends and new business opportunities

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity and performance reports

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with Field Sales, Marketing, Clinical/Medical, Finance, and Operations teams as needed

• Follow up internally on quotations, orders, dispatches, and payments

• Escalate customer complaints, technical, clinical, or pricing queries to the appropriate team

Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and prospective customers

• Identify opportunities for repeat orders, referrals, and additional business

• Collect and relay customer feedback to management

• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to explain technical/product information in simple, confident language
