We are looking for a detail-oriented Intern to Hire - Finance who is interested in building a career in finance, accounting, and business operations.
This role is designed as an Intern-to-Hire opportunity, where selected candidates will gain hands-on experience working with real financial records, invoices, expense tracking, and bookkeeping tools. High-performing interns may be offered a full-time bookkeeping or finance role after the internship period.
The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge, strong attention to detail, and willingness to learn modern accounting tools such as Zoho Books, Excel, and other financial software.
Real Business Accounting Exposure
Work with actual financial transactions including invoices, expenses, and financial reports.
Get hands-on experience with tools like Excel, Zoho Books, and digital accounting systems.

Daily Bookkeeping Support
Record financial transactions and maintain organized bookkeeping records.
Assist in maintaining accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
Track business expenses and categorize transactions properly.
Maintain invoices, receipts, and financial documents.
Assist in preparing reports such as:
Expense summaries
Revenue reports
Monthly transaction summaries.
Assist in bank reconciliation and financial record verification.
Identify discrepancies and report them to the finance team.
Work with tools such as:
Excel / Google Sheets
Zoho Books or other accounting platforms.
Maintain organized digital financial records.
Support the finance team in daily accounting operations.
Assist with preparing financial data required for reporting.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of Accounting or Bookkeeping principles.
Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organizational and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Knowledge of accounting tools such as:
