What You’ll Do:
- Support the design of onboarding flows (emails, checklists, tooltips, guides).
- Assist in content creation for customer education (FAQs, quick-start guides).
- Collaborate with product and CX teams to map the customer journey.
- Help set up and test communication workflows using marketing tools.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong interest in product marketing, user experience, or growth.
- Clear and concise communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of a defined project.
- Bonus: Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, MoEngage) or no-code platforms.
