Job Description: IT Analyst
We are seeking an experienced IT Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT systems analysis, project management, and a deep understanding of business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and improve IT systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new IT projects.
- Perform system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs.

Qualifications:
