Job Description: IT Analyst
We are seeking an experienced IT Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT systems analysis, project management, and a deep understanding of business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and improve IT systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new IT projects.
- Perform system testing and validation to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Provide support and training to end-users on new systems and applications.
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in IT analysis or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization software.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
- Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks.
- Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or related certifications are a plus.
