Your role at Dynatrace
We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Delivery Lead to join our Business Systems team in Bangalore. The role involves leading a high-performing Salesforce delivery team responsible for developing, testing, and deploying solutions across Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and Service Cloud platforms. This role will focus on managing a backlog of enhancement requests and maintaining user stories, ensuring seamless delivery using Agile Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices. The candidate will collaborate closely with teams in EMEA and NORAM regions to drive business system initiatives and therefore your normal working hours will be 2:30pm-11:30pm IST.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a Salesforce delivery team to deliver high-quality development, testing, and deployment activities
- Oversee enhancements and maintenance of Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and Service Cloud platforms
- Ensure effective sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user story management within Agile Scrum frameworks
- Employ DevOps best practices to streamline development and deployment pipelines for Salesforce solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across EMEA and NORAM to align delivery with business objectives
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and technical direction to team members to foster continuous improvement
- Monitor and manage delivery timelines, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project goals

- Proven experience leading Salesforce delivery teams in an Agile environment
- Strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce CRM, CPQ, and Service Cloud platforms
- Familiarity with DevOps processes and tools to manage CI/CD pipelines
- Excellent understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and ability to facilitate sprint activities
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working in a global, cross-functional team structure
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to address challenges and present solutions effectively
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office and remote collaboration seamlessly
- Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform Developer
- Experience managing delivery teams based in India and coordinating with global teams
