Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Nexthink Support Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing the Nexthink platform to enhance our digital employee experience. This role involves monitoring, troubleshooting, and improving IT services using Nexthink's advanced analytics and automation capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and Analyze: Continuously monitor the Nexthink platform to identify and resolve issues affecting the digital employee experience.
• Proactive Support: Create and implement proactive measures to prevent IT issues, including automated solutions and alerts.
• Reporting and Dashboards: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and alerts to provide insights into IT performance and user experience.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to enhance support and improve employee digital experience.
• Training and Onboarding: Onboard new Nexthink users and provide regular training on new features and best practices.
• Platform Maintenance: Ensure the Nexthink platform and its components are up-to-date and fully operational.
• Campaign Management: Create and manage Nexthink campaigns to collect and analyze employee sentiment data.
• Remote Actions: Develop and execute remote actions utilizing PowerShell scripting for Windows and Bash scripting for macOS to automate and streamline IT processes.
• Campaign Creation: Design and implement targeted campaigns within Nexthink to gather insights and improve user experience.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Nexthink for monitoring, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Scripting Skills: Strong experience with PowerShell scripting for Windows remote actions and Bash scripting for macOS remote actions.
• Certifications: Nexthink certifications such as Certified Nexthink Associate or Certified Nexthink Professional in IT Support are highly desirable.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and engage with various departments to achieve common goals.
• Adaptability: Curiosity and willingness to continuously learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
