• Incident Management (1st and Second Level Support)

• Management of Service Requests

• Change Request Management

• Problem Management

• Monitoring of interfaces

• Monitoring of system Performance / Batch Jobs

• Management of System Change Management (Change Transports)

• Management of User Access, access role management

• Contribute to know how database for user support

• 3+ year’s experience in SAP ECC implementations / support

• General ITIL know how for, Incident , Change, Problem Management

• Has practiced Agile / KANBAN methodology

• Good general application / business process knowledge in Logistics and Finance

• Good customizing know how in logistics or Finance

• Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform and cloud-based development concepts.

• Experience in Debugging using SDK, error analysis and troubleshooting

• Strong understanding End to End Processes.

• Good collaboration and communication skills

• Stress tolerance and ability to meet deadlines

• Positive attitude, customer service oriented

• Flexible working hours based on project team location

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
