IT Procurement and Invoicing Specialist
JLL/Technologies Centre of Expertise
What's this job involves
JLL Technologies is looking for an IT Operations professional who will play a pivotal role in technology fulfilment for Americas IT team by collaborating directly with finance, deskside, and vendor partners.
Responsibilities
- Procure and manage reporting of technology devices, including laptops, peripherals.
- Maintain accurate records of technology assets, including serial numbers, warranties, and maintenance schedules.
- Process and manage technology requisitions through ePro
- Track CapEx and OpEx, maintaining detailed records of IT Purchase Orders and Invoices
- Ensure accurate, compliant invoicing and timely vendor payments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination of technology-related initiatives.
- Coordinate with Infrastructure PMO leads to facilitate project and operational purchasing. Including Data Center and Infrastructure refresh project support.
- Coordinate with Finance teams for buying policies and spend management, invoicing management, updating process documentation, and managing vendor coordination and support requests.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree with 3-4 years related experience.
- Experience with Fulfillment/Order processing tools.
- Proficient experience using Microsoft Office products.
- Personable, team player able to quickly settle into the role.
- Candidate must have good verbal and written communications skills as well as good customer service skills.
- Candidate must be able to handle multiple tasks with shifting priorities and possess good analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, self-starter with ambition driven through performance and results.
- Ability to work under pressure and able to deliver to tight deadlines.
