Job Description – Scrum Master

We are seeking a servant-leader and agile champion to join our dynamic team as a Scrum Master. In this role, you will facilitate the successful delivery of high-impact software solutions by guiding agile practices, removing obstacles, and fostering continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

  •  Coach one or more Agile teams to deliver customer value through iterative development.

  •  Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.

  •  Remove impediments that block team progress and escalate as necessary.

  •  Support the Product Owner with backlog grooming and effective story writing.

  •  Promote agile values and principles across the organization to enhance team maturity.

  •  Use data-driven metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to guide team performance and forecast outcomes.

  •  Foster a culture of collaboration, psychological safety, and continuous learning.

What You’ll Bring:

  •  3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.

  •  Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).

  •  Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.

  •  Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.

  •  Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.

  •  Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tools.
