Your Purpose
As an Endpoint Management Engineer, your primary goal is to help the organization strike the perfect balance between user experience and security, enabling internal employees to work efficiently without compromising security.
To achieve this, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our endpoint management platforms, focusing on implementing, maintaining, and optimizing solutions that streamline device provisioning, configuration, security, and compliance.
While you will provide some support-related assistance, your core responsibilities will center on automation, policy enforcement, monitoring, and improving device management processes. Additionally, you will work closely with compliance teams to ensure alignment with security policies and regulatory requirements.

Who You Are
- 3+ years of experience in Endpoint Management, IT Operations, or a related field.
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, with strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Adept at handling urgent and high-pressure customer support incidents, ensuring efficient troubleshooting and maintaining open, concise communication.
- Extensive hands-on experience with MDM/UEM solutions, particularly Kandji, Endpoint Central, and Intune.
- Strong expertise in macOS and Windows configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting.
- Proven experience with patch management.
- Skilled in device hardening following industry standards such as CIS benchmarks.
- Solid scripting skills in Bash, Python, PowerShell, or Perl, with a strong automation-mindset.
- Proficient in troubleshooting software and hardware issues, with a strong problem-solving mindset.
- Familiarity with IT service desk platforms (e.g. Jira) and remote desktop support.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with Identity Providers (e.g., Okta).
- Knowledge of Application Whitelisting tools and security best practices.
- Experience with serverless cloud services, such as AWS Lambda.
What You Will Do
- Manage and optimize endpoint management solutions.
- Automate device provisioning, patch management, and software deployments.
- Implement and enforce endpoint security policies.
- Monitor and maintain endpoint health, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Analyze data to improve device performance and resolve endpoint issues.
- Assist with support-related tasks as needed, but with a primary focus on endpoint management.
- Maintain and improve technical documentation in Confluence.
- Enhance efficiency through automation, scripting, and process improvements.
- Work on Endpoint Management and related tech support (70% - 30% time ratio).
