Key Responsibilities
- Serve as partner with a sub-group within function or BU, or with a smaller country/site

provides support services to GIS customers for IT infrastructure function. Adheres to service management processes and procedures to meet customer service level agreements and maintain customer satisfaction.

Anayzes, schedules and carries out updates to the IT infrastructure which includes patching, upgrades and regular scheduled maintenance.

Executes complex changes while following standard operating procedures and change management policies.

completes root cause analysis of outages or incident trends. Recommends preventative actions.

Responsible for handling escalations for incidents, outages for IT infrastructure function.

Microsoft Sqlserver DBA and Cloud DB's Admin:
1. Good Communication Skills
2. Effective in working with Business Users and with Vendors like Microsoft
3. Good Hands on experience in Administration of Microsoft Sqlserver Databases
4. proficient in Managing IAAS and PAAS Sqlserver Databases
5. Efficient in designing Backup and Recovery for cloud DB's and Sqlserver DB's
6. Fixing Application Team Performance issues
7. License Management -- Sqlserver
