- Design and implement secure, efficient REST APIs and batch processing workflows using Spring Boot and Spring Batch technologies.
- Manage system performance through advanced memory management techniques and optimize RPM packaging for seamless distribution.
- Guide the adoption of emerging technologies, including Agentic Frameworks and Model Fine-Tuning, to modernize existing architectures.
- Ensure cross-platform compatibility and stability by leveraging Linux environments for development and production testing.
- Mentor development teams on architectural best practices, code quality, and the effective application of Spring ecosystem components.

- Possess a minimum of 14 years of hands-on experience in software development and solution architecture within the IT Services domain.
