What We'll Bring:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to lead our Platform and Full Stack Engineering team. This role is pivotal in developing a customer-native deployment platform and building a highly scalable infrastructure using Spring Boot and Harness CI/CD deployment pipelines. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Google Cloud (GC) and AWS Data and AI services, and a strong background in LLMOps and MLOps is highly desirable.

What You'll Bring:

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Development: Lead the design and development of a customer-native deployment platform.
• Scalable Infrastructure: Build and maintain a highly scalable platform using Spring Boot stack and Harness CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Cloud Services: Utilize extensive experience with Google Cloud (GC) and AWS Data and AI services to enhance platform capabilities.
• Leadership and Mentorship: Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the engineering team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
• LLMOps and MLOps: Leverage experience in LLMOps and MLOps to drive the integration of machine learning operations into the platform.
• Project Management: Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure successful project completion.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align platform development with business objectives.
• Continuous Improvement: Implement best practices for continuous integration, deployment, and improvement of the platform.

Impact You'll Make:

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in platform and full stack engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Spring Boot stack and Harness CI/CD deployment pipelines.
• Extensive experience with Google Cloud (GC) and AWS Data and AI services.
• Strong knowledge of LLMOps and MLOps.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop engineering teams.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
