The Jr. Software Platform Engineer will design and configure Oracle HCM solutions, support implementations, and conduct testing while collaborating with stakeholders and technical teams.
Description and Requirements
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise across Core HR, Talent Management, and Learning modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for solution design, configuration, technical development, troubleshooting, and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and enhancements.
• Key Responsibilities
o Functional Responsibilities
§ Lead end-to-end solution design, configuration, and support for Oracle HCM Core HR, Talent, and Learning modules.
§ Conduct requirement gathering workshops, document BRDs, MD50s, configuration workbooks, and solution design documents.
§ Configure HCM modules including Core HR, Talent Profiles, Performance Management, Goals, Learning Records, Learning Assignments, Learning Programs, etc.
§ Perform functional testing (SIT, UAT) and coordinate defect resolution across business and technical teams.
§ Work closely with HR and Talent stakeholders to align Oracle HCM solutions with business processes and compliance requirements.
§ Provide production support, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvements for HCM Cloud modules.
o Technical Responsibilities
§ Develop and maintain technical components including:
• HCM Extracts
• BIP/OTBI Reports
• Fast Formulas
• HDL / HSDL data loads
§ Analyze issues, debug technical defects, and provide robust solutions within Oracle Cloud standards.
§ Support data migration activities, data validation, and system reconciliation.
§ Collaborate with developers, architects, and business SMEs for technical design and delivery.
• Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience
2 - 4 Years
• Technical Skill
