Manage a portfolio of content creators and influencers, identify their business needs, and provide comprehensive solutions. Build strong client relationships, support creator growth, and develop digital marketing expertise across major advertising platforms. The role requires English and German fluency, proactive problem-solving, flexibility, entrepreneurial thinking, and willingness to learn. Preferred experience includes influencer collaboration, client-facing work, and social media advertising.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Fluency in English and German
- Basic understanding of the Digital Marketing landscape.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to identify and provide comprehensive solutions for various creators' and influencers' needs.
- Flexible working hours are required in case of urgency or business need.
- Positive, proactive approach and problem-solving attitude.
- Entrepreneurial attitude: every creator represents an independent business, and the Account Manager needs to grow.
- Strong willingness to learn.
- A good understanding of Google, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok ads would be a strong plus.
- Experience in working with influencers or creators on primary social media (e.g. Instagram and TikTok) would be a strong plus.
- Experience in Client-facing roles would be a plus.
