We're looking for a passionate and creative Junior Brand Designer to be part of our dynamic team. If you're someone who loves to bring stories to life through visuals, whether on social, web, or other platforms, we want you on board. As a key player in our design team, you'll create captivating designs that maintain consistency and spark creativity at every step.

On the Job

• Produce creative assets, including graphics, templates, layouts, and visual standards for marketing activities across multiple channels—web, social media, events, email campaigns, and other activations
• Create vector illustrations for the app and marketing assets as needed.
• Develop and strengthen brand assets, including style and brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Maintain a set of design best practices and guidelines to streamline production efforts.
• Research the latest design trends to create compelling visuals for the brand.
• Solve marketing and business problems through creative design solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.

Must-Haves (Min. Qualifications)

• prior internship experience in a startup, agency, or brand-side role in graphic design/branding.
• Strong understanding of brand identity and maintaining brand consistency.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
• A portfolio showcasing strong design aesthetics and creative storytelling.
• A proactive, self-driven approach with a hunger for learning and experimentation.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.

Good to Have

• Experience with motion design or video editing.
• Ability to create illustrations that enhance brand storytelling.
• Openness to learning and experimentation.
