Generalist to support day-to-day people operations and employee lifecycle

The role will work closely with
business teams, recruiters, employees, and cross-functional stakeholders across
various HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end employee lifecycle
processes including onboarding, documentation, HRMS updates,
confirmations, and exit management
- Coordinate and drive employee engagement
initiatives, events, and culture activities
- Partner with recruiters and hiring managers
to ensure smooth onboarding experience for new hires
- Maintain employee records, HR trackers, and
people dashboards with high accuracy
- Assist in policy communication and HR
process implementation
- Support performance management, feedback
cycles, and employee communication initiatives
- Address employee queries related to HR
policies, processes, and operations
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for HR
audits, compliance documentation, and process tracking
- Contribute to process improvement
initiatives to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in HR Operations / HR
Generalist roles
- Strong communication and stakeholder
management skills
- Good understanding of employee lifecycle
processes
- High ownership and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and
collaborative environment
- Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and
HR tools
- Prior experience in startups, gaming,
consumer-tech, or product companies is a plus
