Role Overview
We’re looking for a curious and driven Junior Product Manager to join our Cards & Credit squad. You’ll work closely with the Senior Product Manager and cross-functional teams to help define, build, and launch card and credit products that serve our global customer base.
Responsibilities
- Assist in defining product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for Cards & Credit features.
- Conduct user research, analyse customer feedback, and synthesise insights into actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and Operations teams to drive feature delivery.
- Monitor product KPIs and prepare weekly performance dashboards.
- Support go-to-market planning and coordinate cross-functional launches.
- Stay up to date on stablecoin, fintech, and credit market trends.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in product management, business analysis, or a related role.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data (SQL is a plus).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Passion for fintech, crypto, or emerging-market financial services.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with card issuing, credit products, or payments platforms.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
