Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, social media platforms, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and applications against client requirements and job specifications.
- Conduct initial telephonic and virtual screening interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Prepare and share candidate profiles with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Manage job postings across multiple recruitment platforms.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Meet assigned recruitment targets, timelines, and quality standards.
