Manage and grow strategic enterprise accounts by building CXO-level relationships, driving upsell/cross-sell, creating ROI-backed expansion proposals, leading QBRs, handling renewals and negotiations, and turning customers into advocates.
We’re looking for an Enterprise Key Account Manager who can farm, expand, and strengthen high-value accounts through consultative, insight-led engagement.
What you’ll own:
Build strong relationships with CXOs, Finance Heads, and enterprise stakeholders
Understand client workflows and position FinKraft as a strategic partner
Drive upsell and cross-sell through value-led conversations
Create business cases, ROI narratives, and expansion proposals
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with data-backed insights
Manage renewals, negotiations, and long-term account growth
Turn satisfied customers into advocates and referral partners
Requirements
4+ years in Enterprise Account Management / Customer Success (SaaS / Fintech)
Strong exposure to finance, GST, compliance, invoicing, or ERP ecosystems
Proven ability to grow accounts through consultative selling
Strong executive presence — comfortable with CFOs and finance teams
Data-driven mindset with experience building ROI and impact narratives
Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise accounts
