About the Role
We are looking for a Key Account Manager – Microsoft Account to manage and grow the Microsoft account/business.
The role will be responsible for building strong relationships with Microsoft stakeholders, understanding business requirements, identifying opportunities and coordinating with internal teams to deliver the right training and technology solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop relationships with Microsoft stakeholders and account teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned Microsoft-related accounts and opportunities.
- Understand customer/business requirements and identify relevant CloudThat solutions.
- Drive account growth, revenue and new business opportunities.
- Work closely with Microsoft teams to identify training, certification, cloud and upskilling opportunities.
- Coordinate with Sales, Pre-Sales, Training and Operations teams for smooth execution.
- Prepare account plans, opportunity pipelines and regular business updates.
- Track opportunities from initial discussion to closure and delivery.
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer issues and coordinate with internal teams for timely closure.
- Conduct regular account reviews and share business forecasts with management.
- Maintain accurate account and opportunity information in CRM.
- 3–6 years of experience in Key Account Management, B2B Sales, Enterprise Sales or Customer Success.
- Experience handling enterprise/corporate accounts.
- Strong experience in stakeholder and relationship management.
- Good understanding of Microsoft / Azure ecosystem.
- Experience in B2B technology, IT services, cloud, EdTech or training industry.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to identify business opportunities and drive revenue.
- Strong coordination and account management skills.
- Willingness to work from office in Bengaluru.
- Experience working with Microsoft / Microsoft partners.
- Experience in selling Azure, Microsoft 365, AI or cloud training/services.
- Existing relationships with Microsoft stakeholders.
- Experience managing strategic/enterprise accounts.
- MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing or Business Management.
