Job Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of scalable, highly available, and resilient cloud-based platform components for Citrix SPA. This includes the microservices and infrastructure that support the SPA service.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to a team of cloud engineers focused on Citrix SPA. Guide them in developing and optimizing SPA-related cloud services.

Drive architectural decisions for the Citrix SPA platform, ensuring alignment with best practices and cloud architecture principles, specifically related to secure access and zero trust concepts.

Collaborate with product owners, security architects, and stakeholders to define technical requirements for Citrix SPA features and translate them into actionable development plans.

Develop and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform to automate the deployment and management of Citrix SPA infrastructure within cloud environments.

Champion the adoption of containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for deploying and managing Citrix SPA microservices, ensuring efficient scaling and high availability.

Lead the implementation of CI/CD pipelines and automation strategies for rapid and reliable releases of Citrix SPA platform components.

Ensure code quality and maintainability through rigorous code reviews, comprehensive testing, and adherence to coding standards specific to cloud-native development and security best practices.

Proactively identify and address performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities within the Citrix SPA platform, with a focus on zero trust security principles.

Participate in incident response and troubleshooting for Citrix SPA, providing expert-level support and ensuring minimal downtime.

Contribute to the definition and implementation of cloud security best practices for Citrix SPA, focusing on secure access, identity management, and data protection.

Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team, keeping abreast of the latest cloud technologies and security trends relevant to Citrix SPA.

Effectively communicate technical concepts related to Citrix SPA to both technical and non-technical audiences, including stakeholders and customers.

Work with, and improve, the use of Citrix Cloud services that relate to the SPA product.
Required Skills and Experience:

Extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying cloud-based applications, with a strong focus on secure access and zero trust architectures relevant to Citrix SPA.

Proven ability to lead and mentor a team with experience in cloud-native development and microservice architectures.

Deep understanding of cloud architecture principles and best practices, specifically related to secure access, identity management, and network security within cloud environments.

Strong expertise in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP), with practical experience in deploying and managing cloud services relevant to Citrix SPA.

Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform) for automating cloud infrastructure deployments, with a focus on security and compliance.

Proficiency in containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) for deploying and managing microservices, with a focus on security and scalability.

Experience with CI/CD tools and automation frameworks for building, testing, and deploying cloud-native applications, with a focus on security and reliability.

Excellent understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile) and best practices for cloud-native development.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a focus on identifying and resolving performance and security issues in cloud environments.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to audiences.

Experience with performance tuning and optimization of cloud applications, with a focus on secure access and zero trust architectures.

Deep knowledge of cloud security best practices, including identity management, access control, and data protection, specifically as they apply to zero trust and secure private access.

Bachelor's degree (BE/BTech) in Computer Science or a related field with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree (MTech) with 8 years of relevant experience.
