This role requires to translate data to guide our business leaders on uses of Workday tool, our integrated data, process and reporting platform. Your ability to leverage the power of this singular platform as the hub of data integration, analytics and visualization support will drive our collective vision forward. Your proficiency in analytics will be pivotal in modelling our workforce dynamics

Required Skills and Experience

Minimum 3+years of experience in data analysis and analytical techniques.

Hands-on experience in using tools like Knime or Altryx and languages like SQL, Python, and R.

Experience using data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau to build intuitive data visualizations that drive business decisions.

Solid Experience and Knowledge of data fundamentals (e.g., assessment and improvement of data quality, considerations in executing an ETL).

Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.

Create detailed reports and visualizations to present findings to stakeholders.

Consultative communication style with the ability to translate problems into analytics.

Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.

Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to support business.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills and Experience

Degree in a quantitative discipline, such as computer science, engineering, finance or similar.

Experience in Workday tool, including report writing and PRISM.

Professional certification, e.g., ASQ Six Sigma, PRINCE2.
