Role Overview

  • As the Creative Design Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing visually compelling graphics and branding materials that align with A23’s brand guidelines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft engaging creatives across digital assets designs that elevate the brand. This role requires a creative visionary with expertise in digital branding, advertising campaigns, and AI-driven design tools.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the conceptualization and execution of high-impact visual designs for advertisements, branding campaigns, and digital assets.
  • Develop visually captivating layouts, logos and creatives ensuring a unique brand identity.
  • Translate design briefs into visually compelling ideas that align with A23’s branding and storytelling vision.
  • Work closely with partner internal teams to create engaging graphics for social media, in-app promotions, events, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and creative leads to produce campaign visuals with strong storytelling elements.

Requirements & Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design/art direction, with a strong focus on advertising, branding and digital media.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing work across digital/offline channels & advertising work
  •  Expertise in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects), Figma.
  • Knowledge and experience using AI-driven design tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Canva AI) to streamline workflow.
  • Ability to work on branding projects from ideation to execution, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Proficiency in motion graphics, video editing, and animation is a plus.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, and composition, with a deep understanding of how visuals drive engagement.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to iterate quickly based on feedback.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience working in fast-paced environments.
